Gate Services in Denver
Repairs, new and replacement gates, maintenance, urgent calls, operators and access control, for homes, apartment communities and business lots.
Every gate job falls under one of six services, sorted by the work the gate needs rather than by where it stands. A snapped hinge is a repair on a backyard gate and on an HOA entrance alike, and a worn-out operator is a replacement whether it moves a driveway gate or a warehouse slide gate.
The work covers swing, sliding, cantilever, barrier-arm and pedestrian gates, automatic or opened by hand, at homes, apartment communities and business lots across Denver.
Which Service a Gate Needs
Choose the line closest to what is going on, and the picker names the service that covers it, with a way to request a quote. A gate that is stuck and blocking a way in or out goes to urgent service first.

Broken Gates, New Equipment and Upkeep
Repairs and urgent service deal with a gate that has stopped working as it should. Installations, operators and access control add or replace equipment, and maintenance keeps all of it in order.
- Repairs Gates that drag, stall, reverse or will not latch. Hinges, latches, rollers, chains, sensors
- Installations & Replacements New driveway, swing and sliding gates, and worn ones replaced. New gates, replacement gates, operator swaps
- Maintenance & Inspections Hinges, rollers, sensors and limits checked before they fail. Wear checks, adjustment, safety tests
- Urgent Service Gates stuck open, stuck shut or knocked off their track. Jammed gates, dropped leaves, failed operators
- Gate Operators Slide, swing and barrier operators, repaired or replaced. New operators, motors, control boards, limits
- Access Control Keypads, remotes, intercoms and card readers. Codes, remote pairing, intercoms, phone apps
Gate Types and Their Settings
The same five types turn up at homes, apartment communities and business lots. What changes is how hard they work: a community or commercial gate may open for residents, deliveries and staff all day, so its hinges, rollers and operator are built heavier than a driveway gate’s. Each type also wears in its own place: swing gates at the hinges and posts, slide and cantilever gates at the wheels and rollers, barrier arms at the arm and its operator.
| Gate type | Typical setting | Jobs we do on it |
|---|---|---|
| Swing gate, single or double | Home driveway, backyard, HOA entrance | Hinge and latch repair, resetting posts lifted by frost, re-hanging a sagging leaf, swing operators, new and replacement gates |
| Sliding gate | Home driveway, business lot | Wheels and guide rollers, track repair, chains, slide operators, new gates |
| Cantilever gate | Business lot, warehouse yard | Rollers and alignment, slide operators, safety sensors, new and replacement gates |
| Barrier arm | Apartment community, business lot | Arms, barrier operators, keypads, card readers, safety sensors |
| Pedestrian gate | Apartment community, home side yard | Latches, locksets, hinges, keypad or card entry |
Manual Gates, Opener Makes and Combined Jobs
Do you work on gates that open by hand?
Yes. A worn latch, a snapped hinge or a post that has moved is the same work on a manual gate as on an automatic one, and backyard and side gates are part of it. A hand-opened gate that hangs true can also take an operator later.
Does the make of my opener or keypad matter?
It does. Parts, control boards and programming differ from one maker to the next, so the make and model count for more than how the unit looks. Both are usually printed on a label inside the operator’s cover or on the control box: email a photo of it with the request, and the right parts can come along on the first visit.
Can a repair and an upgrade be done in one job?
Yes, and the order matters. An operator works only as well as the gate it moves, so a sagging leaf, a worn roller or a leaning post is put right before an opener, a keypad or new remotes go on. Mention both in the request so the parts for each come along.
A job that spans two services, or none of them neatly, starts the same way: call (720) 780-9549 and describe what the gate is doing, or send the details with a few photos.
