Photos say more than a long description, so email a few: the whole gate, its hinges or rollers, and the opener.

A gate stuck open, stuck shut or blocking an exit: urgent gate service.

Replies and First Visits

Pick phone or email as the way you would like a reply, and that is how the answer comes.

Customers often send photos before the first visit, and with the gate, the hinges and the opener’s label in view, the right parts come along on the first trip instead of the second.

We work across Denver and the suburbs around it, from Arvada and Westminster to Littleton and Aurora. A community that is not on the list of areas we serve may still be close enough: mention it in the form.

Sending a Request: Details and Photos

What should a request include?

The gate type, what it is doing or what you want built, and roughly when the trouble started. For an automatic gate, say whether the opener has power and whether you hear it run. A community and ZIP code helps place the job.

How do I send photos of the gate?

By email, to manager@speergatesdoors.com. The form takes text only. A wide shot of the whole gate, a close one of the hinges or rollers, and one of the opener’s label or control box tell the most.

Can a request be for more than one gate?

Yes. Describe each one in the message box, with its gate type and what it needs; a drive gate and a walk-through gate on the same property are often looked at on one visit.

Can a property manager or HOA board send the request?

Yes. For a community or commercial gate, say who should be reached on site, whether the gate serves residents, staff or deliveries, and anything a visit needs to get through, such as a code for the gate itself.

Is the form the right way to report a gate that is stuck?

Not when it matters now. A gate stuck open on an unsecured property, stuck shut across the only way out, or knocked off its track by a car is a phone call: see urgent gate service for how to judge it.
